Korean Alphabet Workshop
April 2017
Asia Connect, an association of Illinois State University faculty and staff and Bloomington-Normal community members who work together in the interest of the Asian community, hosted their inaugural annual Asian Heritage Week this April. The week’s events included a variety of educational events.
I was asked to present my research on the history and development of the Korean Alphabet, and I invited attendees to participate in a workshop to write their own names in Korean.
