Merchandise Mart Properties, Inc., a real estate company with a large trade and consumer event arm, rebranded to communicate their complexity with a dynamic and confident mark and strong messaging. In rolling out the new identity, I was the lead designer that developed standards of brand application across all mediums & industries, as well as for internal & external usage.
